Ghar Wapsi
I was born into something vast. And wasn't given the tools to understand it. Neither were the people around me. The vessels were empty. The transmission had already broken.
So I went looking. Self-help. Science. Western medicine for the body. Quantum physics for the mind. Every framework that promised clarity through evidence, not faith.
The further I went into quantum physics, the stranger it got. Particles existing in multiple states until observed. A universe that doesn't behave independently of the one watching it. Consciousness not as a byproduct of matter — but as the condition matter arises within. I was chasing the furthest reaches of modern knowledge. Something ancient kept showing up there.
How did a civilisation thousands of years ago place consciousness not as a feature of reality but as its very foundation? The electron behaves differently when observed — modern science calls this extraordinary. This civilisation called it obvious. Supposedly these were cavemen — primitive, barely evolved. And yet they left behind Yoga, Dharma, Karma, Chitta, Vimana. Words of such precision and depth that no primitive mind could have produced them. And from that foundation they mapped the cosmos, the nature of reality, and human experience with a precision we are only beginning to verify. Something doesn't add up.
And yet here is what was done with it. Taken apart carefully. Profitably. Completely.
Ayurveda became a spa menu. Yoga became a fitness class. Meditation became a productivity hack. Chakras became a personality aesthetic — colour-coded, sold in the wellness aisle, emptied of everything that made them a map of consciousness. First came dilution. Then degradation. Then debasement. Then desecration. Each step deliberate. Each step profitable.
I am angry about the stealing of this knowledge. Angry about its erasure. Angry about the deliberate dilution, degradation, debasement, desecration of something that took thousands of years to build. And then I remember what this knowledge says — anger is a signal, not a solution. The signal is pointing to the seeking. To going deeper than what was sold back. What was taken was the surface. The roots were never theirs to take. You cannot hold this knowledge in your hand. You can only swim in it. And here science reaches its limit. It can map the ocean. It cannot teach you to swim. Only you can choose to.
The knowledge was never lost. It was suppressed — sold back without its roots. But it is here. In our bodies, our breath, our felt sense of what is true. It doesn't need to be found. It needs to be remembered.
In this Kali Yuga, this is not a choice.
Ghar Wapsi. Coming home. To the body. To the mind. To the emotions. To the roots. To the ancient knowledge that mapped the cosmos and found it inside the human being. Not outward — inward. Everything we were searching for was always in here.
It is time for Ghar Wapsi.
